The Ponseti International Association for the Advancement of Clubfoot Treatment was established to improve the treatment of children suffering from clubfoot in countries throughout the world.  Clubfoot affects approximately 200,000 infants each year and is more prevalent in certain areas of the world such as Africa and the Pacific Islands.
