The Ponseti Method is becoming the standard of care for clubfoot treatment around the world. Through precise manipulation and serial casting children with clubfoot can have a new life. This book will be provided to you through the generosity of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at the University of Iowa and the Ponseti International Association.

The Ponseti International Association for the Advancement of Clubfoot Treatment was established to improve the treatment of children suffering from clubfoot in countries throughout the world.  Clubfoot affects approximately 200,000 infants each year and is more prevalent in certain areas of the world such as Africa and the Pacific Islands.
